Turn information into understanding.

Useful data work starts with a good question. We help organize, validate, analyze and communicate information so your teams can make decisions with a clearer view of the evidence and its limitations.

What we can make possible.

  • Data strategy & readiness assessment
  • Data cleaning & quality checks
  • Pipelines, ETL & system integration
  • Business intelligence dashboards
  • Exploratory & statistical analysis
  • Predictive modeling & forecasting
  • Visualization & reporting automation
  • Data documentation & governance

Make the path from source to decision visible.

A polished dashboard cannot repair an undefined metric or an unreliable source. We work through the foundations first: where information comes from, what it means and how it changes. From there, we build repeatable analysis, useful visualizations or forecasting experiments that communicate assumptions alongside the findings.

  1. 1Source systems
  2. 2Validate + transform
  3. 3Model + analyze
  4. 4Explain + decide

A data lineage view. Quality checks and shared definitions connect every output back to its source. Illustrative workflow, tailored to your project.

A considered process.

  1. 1

    Define the decision

Identify the questions and decisions the analysis should support. Agree metric definitions, reporting audiences and the limitations of the available information before choosing a dashboard or model.

  2. 2

    Understand the sources

Map systems, fields, ownership and update frequency. Check missing values, inconsistent formats and join logic, then design a repeatable preparation process with visible quality checks.

  3. 3

    Analyze and communicate

Explore patterns, build the agreed views or compare a model with a baseline. We distinguish observations from explanations and make assumptions, uncertainty and data gaps clear in the output.

  4. 4

    Make it repeatable

Automate agreed refreshes, document calculations and define access. A handover explains what to monitor, how to interpret the results and when an analysis or model needs to be revisited.

What deserves a closer look.

What delivery can look like.

Exact deliverables, revisions, timeline and ownership are agreed in your proposal.

  • A map of your data sources and quality constraints
  • A repeatable pipeline or analysis workflow
  • Dashboards or findings with documented assumptions
  • A handover covering ownership, access and maintenance

A few ways this could work

  • An operational dashboard that brings disconnected reports into a consistent view.
  • A repeatable data workflow that replaces manual spreadsheet consolidation.
  • A forecasting experiment evaluated against a simple, transparent baseline.

Illustrative applications to help shape your brief.

Bring the question. We’ll shape the brief.

You do not need a finished specification. A little context helps us recommend a sensible first step.

  1. The questions you need to answer and the decisions they will influence.
  2. Sample files or read-only access to permitted data sources.
  3. Existing metric definitions, reports, refresh needs and access restrictions.
Discuss your project

Before we begin.

Can you combine spreadsheets and different systems?

Often, yes. We first review formats, identifiers, permissions and update frequency. That establishes which sources can be connected reliably and what data preparation is required.

Do we need machine learning?

Not necessarily. Clear definitions, descriptive analysis and a well-designed dashboard may solve the problem. Predictive work is proposed when the data and decision justify it.

How will we know a forecast is useful?

We agree a baseline, evaluation method and relevant error measures. Testing should reflect how the forecast will be used, with uncertainty and limitations documented alongside the results.
